PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of outputting an image with less image defects due to a ghost phenomenon, not only in an environment of normal temperature and normal humidity, but also in an environment of low temperature and low humidity which is a specifically severe condition, and also to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device having the electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a support medium and a photosensitive layer formed on the support medium.
