PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impregnated printing face stamp of lid opening/closing type, which has a simple opening/closing mechanism for a lid.SOLUTION: An impregnated printing face stamp of lid opening/closing type comprises: a stamp body 10; a holder cover 20 provided so as to advance or retract with respect to the stamp body, and having an opening 21 at one end thereof; a holder 11 whose one end is fixed to the stamp body and whose other end extends in the holder cover; an impregnated printing face 12 provided at the other end of the holder and accommodated in the holder cover; a spring 13 provided in the stamp body and presses the holder cover so as to be separated from the stamp body; a bellows-like shutter 22 provided in the holder cover and slidable between the position where the opening is closed and the position where it is opened; and a lid opening/closing mechanism 30 including a first rack 31 formed on the holder, a second rack 32 formed on the shutter, and a pinion 33 pivotally supported by the holder cover and engaged with the first and second racks.
