A pixel drive current extraction device and a pixel drive current extraction method. The pixel drive current extraction device comprises drive current extraction circuits respectively corresponding to pixel drive circuits of various colours. Each drive current extraction circuit comprises a drive current amplification conversion unit and a drive current calculation unit. The drive current amplification conversion units are connected to the pixel drive circuits and used for amplifying the drive currents of the pixel drive circuits and converting same into voltage signals. The drive current calculation units are connected to the drive current amplification conversion units and used for calculating drive currents of pixels according to the voltage signals. The amplification multiple of the drive current amplification conversion unit in the drive current extraction circuit corresponding to each colour of pixel drive circuit is inversely proportional to the size of the drive current of the pixel of that colour. In the case where it is ensured that there is no distortion, the drive currents of pixels of various colours are uniformly extracted and are reasonably amplified, thereby providing data support for subsequent signal processing.
