PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve linearity of a ramp wave used as a reference voltage to be compared with a pixel signal.SOLUTION: A capacitor C1 is connected between an output terminal of an operational amplifier PA1 and an inverting input terminal thereof, the capacitor C1 is provided with nonlinear capacitors CA1 and CB1, and the nonlinear capacitors CA1 and CB1 are connected in parallel to have polarities opposite to each other. |
