The present invention relates to a germanium-centered dendrimer compound, and an organic optoelectric element comprising the same. The organic optoelectric element comprising the compound, according to the present invention, is capable of implementing high light-emitting ability and light-emitting efficiency, and improving thermal stability (heat resistance) of the organic optoelectric element, thereby increasing the lifetime thereof.
