The present invention relates to an apparatus for assembling a secondary cell stack which includes: an interval maintaining unit which supports plates located on one side and the other side of a cell; and a body on which a plurality of interval maintaining units are installed. The interval maintaining unit includes an interval maintaining member which is switched between a support state in contact with each separated plate and a separation state to be separated from each separated plate. According to the present invention, the manufacturing costs of the secondary cell stack are reduced by assembling the secondary cell stack without a spacer. The performance and the quality of the secondary cell stack are improved by maintaining a uniform interval between the plates.
