PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path unit which maintains the strength of a pressure chamber while improving the deformation of the pressure chamber.SOLUTION: A flow path unit has :a first wall vibrated by a vibration element; a pressure chamber in which the first wall, and a second wall different from the first wall are used as walls; an inner film that covers at least part of the first wall or the second wall inside the pressure chamber, and is flexible compared with the first wall and the second wall; and a recess that is formed from the first wall and the second wall, and opens inside the pressure chamber, in which the inner film covers the inside of the recess.
