[Problem] To ensure the characteristic of water pressure resistance against water pressure fluctuation in a hot water storage tank and a stable discharge flow rate. [Solution] A fuel cell system (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a circulation pump (3) for circulating water in a hot water storage tank (2) between a fuel cell unit (1) and the hot water storage tank (2). The circulation pump (3) comprises a main body (30), a drive mechanism (40), and a passage part (50). The main body (30) has an inlet (31) connected to the hot water storage tank, an outlet (32) connected to the fuel cell unit, a first pump chamber (P1) communicating with the inlet (31), and a second pump chamber (P2) communicating with the outlet (32). The drive mechanism (40) has a first diaphragm (41) and a second diaphragm (42), and reciprocates the first and second diaphragms in the first and second pump chambers, respectively, such that pump operating cycles have opposite phases to each other. The passage part (50) is connected between the first pump chamber and the second pump chamber and enables liquid to flow from the first pump chamber to the second pump chamber. |
