<p>The present invention relates to a photo electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell using a porous TiO2 thin film including a TiO2 nanosheet coated SnO2 nanoparticle, and the dye-sensitized solar cell including the same. The TiO2 nanosheet coated SnO2 nanoparticle and a mesoporous TiO2 thin film including the same prevent the recombination of electrons due to the exposure of SnO2 to dye and electrolytes by the coating of the TiO2 nanosheet and the feature of SnO2 to activate the movement of electrons by high electron mobility. According to the present invention, more efficient dye-sensitized solar cell is implemented in the utilization for the photo electrode by an electrochemical feature and a high surface area which are the features of the nanosheet. Also, light harvesting efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cell is improved by a high electrical scattering feature of a nanotube. A one-dimensional nanoparticle introduction improves the long-term stability of the dye-sensitized solar cell by using the efficient permeation of not only a liquid electrolyte but also a solid electrolyte and a polymer with high viscosity by maintaining an existing TiO2 mesoporous structure.</p> |
