The aloe polymer accelerating alcohol metabolism is prepared by the steps of extracting aloe gel with methanol, melting its precipitate into water, centrifuging the solution to obtain its supernatant, and finally fractionizing by ultrafiltration to obtain fractions having an accelerating activity of alcohol metabolism.
