The scaffold anchoring device comprises two telescopically slidable pipes (4,5) which are fixed to each other. The front end of the inner pipe (5) has an adaptable fastening device (3) connected to the outer wall (1). There is a holding device (13), located at the far end of the outer pipe (4), which holds on to the scaffolding member (2). The pipes have openings through which the pipes meet at a fixed attachment piece (10) which they can slide through. The holding device comprises a clamp and a wall catch which grips by using hooks. The holding device also includes a nut and bolt assembly (14).
