<p>A method for recognizing a pornographic image includes : acquiring an image to be recognized, searching for characteristic data of a sensitive flesh part picture matching with the image to be recognized in a pre-stored sensitive flesh part index, calculating a confidence level of the image to be recognized based on the matched characteristic data, and determining that the image to be recognized is a pornographic image based on the confidence level of the image to be recognized. An apparatus for recognizing a pornographic image is also provided.</p> |
