<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overflow and underflow of a buffer at receiving reproduction device side by performing effective rate matching which is not influenced by a bit rate. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing device for reproducing a content by receiving an encoded transport stream includes: a time information conversion means for converting first time information for indicating reproduction output time of audio data and video data, which constitute the received transport stream, to third time information of the same data form with second time information in which the information processing device uses for management of content reproduction; a time information correction means for correcting the second time information according to third time information corresponding to the audio data when decoded audio data are reproduced; and a rate changing means for changing an output rate of the audio data which is decoded on the basis of difference between the third time information corresponding to the audio data immediately after decoding, and the second time information corrected by the time information correction means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
