<p>The present invention relates to a low-salted fish sauce with anchovies and a method for preparing the same. The present invention provides a low-salted fish sauce with anchovies and a method for preparing the same which includes: a step of cleaning fish and anchovies; a step of cutting the cleaned fish; a step of preparing a mixture by mixing the cut fish and anchovies; a step of preparing the final mixture by adding and mixing salt in the mixture; and a step of fermenting the final mixture.</p> |
