<p>The present invention relates to ice containing HOCL, a producing device, and a producing method thereof capable of refrigerating organisms or fish, shellfish and the like by using the ice and enabling water from the melted ice to sterilize even though the ice is melted at the same time. To achieve the same, the ice containing HOCL according to the present invention forms ice cube (10) containing HOCL produced by preparing an univalent chloride solution by adding sodium chloride or table salt acid to raw water and electrolyzing the prepared univalent chloride solution. The ice cube (10) includes at least one through-hole (11). The present invention is characterized by increasing the surface area of the ice cube (10) being in contact with air as much as the size of the through-hole (11). The present invention refrigerates organisms or fish, shellfish and the like by using the ice and enabling water from the melted ice to sterilize even though the ice is melted, thereby preventing food from being rotten within a distribution period and obtaining an effect of preventing food poisoning by effectively sterilizing various kinds of bacterium, mold, viruses, yeast and the like.</p> |
