<p>A disaster reporting system according to the present invention is configured to comprise: a portable terminal which takes a real image of a disastrous site and detects vector imaging information of the imaged disastrous site; a disaster management server which connects to a three-dimensional spatial information system, when the real image and the vector imaging information are received from the portable terminal, and acknowledges the location of the disastrous site as well as the type and the scale of the disaster based on the vector imaging information; and a fire and disaster protection center which, when the acknowledged information on the disastrous site is received from the disaster management server, classifies an event according to the type and scale of the disaster in the corresponding disastrous site, and dispatches a related disaster protection team. The present invention realizes a disaster reporting system which enables a witness to report the disaster by using only an image of the disastrous site and vector imaging information of an imaged site without using any linguistic expression, and enables the disaster management server to acknowledge the disaster breakout point and the disaster state by using three-dimensional spatial information and to process a report on the disaster. According to the present invention, the disaster breakout point can be quickly and accurately detected by using the image of the disastrous site and the vector imaging information of the imaged site, and the type and scale of the disaster can be easily acknowledged. Furthermore, since an intention of a reporter can be delivered clearly by using non-linguistic information without barriers due to difference in knowledge, experience, and languages, rapid initial reaction can be facilitated.</p> |
