A static spraying appratus (1) comprises: a discharge electrode (2); an electrode to be discharged (3) which can be used for causing the discharge between the electrode to be discharged and the discharge electrode; a liquid supply unit (7) which supplies a liquid to be sprayed to the discharge electrode (2); a high voltage generation unit (11) which applies a high voltage to the electrode to be discharged (3); discharged current detection units (R1, R3, 21, 22) which are arranged between the high voltage generation unit and the electrode to be discharged and detect a discharged current (12) flowing into the electrode to be discharged (3); and a control unit (6) which controls the high voltage generated in the high voltage generation unit (11) in such a manner that a predetermined discharged current (I2) can be obtained, on the basis of the discharged current detected by the discharged current detection unit. |
