The present invention relates to a pull-to-turn rotary switch capable of efficiently preventing the leakage inflow of moisture from the outside. The pull-to-turn rotary switch includes: a housing which has a cylindrical body, an end wall blocking an end part of the cylindrical body and having multiple non-penetration stop pin insertion holes in a position separated from a shaft center, and an extension tubular part extended to the outside along the shaft center and having an arbor hole formed to be connected to the inside of the cylindrical body; a rotary shaft which is inserted into the arbor hole of the extension tubular part in order to rotate and move in an axial direction, has a rotary contact point click member combined with an inner end part in order to be rotatable in one united body, and is combined with an operation knob in an end part of the outside; a control arm which is combined to move in the inner end part area of the rotary shaft in a longitudinal direction and a rotary direction in one united body and is extended in a radial direction; a compression spring which elastically pushes the rotary shaft inwards by being interposed between the control arm and the end wall; a stepped stopper which is accommodated in the cylindrical body, has multiple hanging protrusions formed in a stepped shape in an axial line direction in order to limit the rotation range of the control arm, and has a stopping pin engaging hole which corresponds to the stopping pin insertion hole; and multiple stopping pins which stop the stepped stopper from relatively rotating about the housing by being respectively and partially inserted into the stopping pin insertion hole and the stopping pin engaging hole. Thereby the present invention provides an effect which prevents outside water from being leaked and flowing into the inside of the cylindrical housing of the pull-to-turn rotary switch.
