<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a patient from being reserved overlapping medical consultation in another department and another patient in this department by comparing and checking a reservation request with reservation information of respective patients, who are already registered in a reservation information file and reservation information on the medical consultation in the department when the reservation request is inputted. SOLUTION: When a patient's name is inputted from a patient input part 12, reservation information on this patient is read out of a reservation information file 11 and displayed on a display unit 15. Then, when desired reservation time is inputted from a reservation information input part 16, a process for duplication is performed. When duplication is existent, an alarm generation part 20 alarms it by a duplication alarm buzzer and reservation time is inputted again. When there is no duplication, a medical consultation subject to be reserved is inputted from a reservation information input part 16 and then reservation information for this medical consultation subject is read out of the reservation information file 11 and displayed on a display unit 15. Then, a duplication check is made again. When there is duplication, a reservation is made again and when there is no duplication, necessary information is registered in the reservation information file 11.</p> |
