<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerative apparatus that increases treatment efficiency in a method for regenerating electrical apparatus and that can regenerate the electrical apparatus with excellent efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for regenerating the electrical apparatus, after performance of an oil removing step of taking out insulating oil from the electrical apparatus in which the insulating oil containing polychlorinated biphenyl is encapsulated in a cabinet, new insulating oil is encapsulated into the cabinet to render the electrical apparatus harmless and bring it into a recyclable state. The method for regenerating the electrical apparatus is characterized by performing a diagnostic step of diagnosing the soundness of the cabinet by keeping the inside of the electrical apparatus in a decompressed state after the oil removing step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
