<p>Disclosed are a light speed limiting element, an optical scanning device adopting the same, and an image forming apparatus of an electrophotography method. The disclosed light speed limiting element limits the light speed of the optical scanning device. The light speed limiting element includes: a body part with an opening; and a light blocking unit which blocks the light passing through a part of the opening. The opening includes a blocking region where light is blocked by the light blocking unit, and a light passing through-region which is the remaining region except the blocking region in the opening.</p> |
