PURPOSE: A self-polishing antifouling paint composition is provided to suppress the attachment of microorganism, to moderately control polishing rate, and to improve antifouling performance by containing a poly[oxy(n-alkyl sulfonyl methyl)ethylene]-blended resin. CONSTITUTION: A self-polishing antifouling paint composition includes a self-polishing resin. The self-polishing resin is obtained by blending one or more acrylate polymer resins selected from a zinc acrylate polymer, a copper acrylate polymer, and a silyl acrylate polymer with poly[oxy(n-alkyl sulfonyl methyl)ethylene]. The self-polishing resin of 0.5-5 parts by weight of the poly[oxy(n-alkyl sulfonyl methyl)ethylene]is blended to 99.5-95 parts by weight of an acrylate polymer resin.
