<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembled battery monitoring device which allows for more accurate determination of the presence or absence of disconnection in a detection line by suppressing variation in voltage among cells without opening and closing control of a switch device, compared with a configuration in which resistances connected in parallel to the respective neighboring cells have an identical value of resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In an assembled battery monitoring device 3, resistances R1 in a first group which are connected in parallel to the respective neighboring cells C have different values of resistance from each other. And resistances R2 in a second group which are connected in parallel to the respective neighboring cells have different values of resistance from each other.
