<p>The present invention relates to a method to manufacture an electric potential compact pole transformer and, more specifically, to an electric potential compact pole transformer manufacturing method which is able to miniaturize a transformer by: applying an electric potential according to a new method to a secondary wiring of the low voltage side of a pole transformer which is unable to be applied with an existing electric potential technology due to reasons including the increase of a manufacturing cost, the increase of power damage, the reduction of productivity, etc.; reducing load damage or reflecting the reduced load damage to designing; and reducing the consumption of materials including a conductor, electrical steel, electrical insulating oil, etc. The present invention to achieve the aforementioned purpose comprises: a secondary coil-single layered wiring step; a secondary coil-electric potential step; a secondary coil-double layered wiring step; a primary coil wiring step; a coil sizing step; a coil drying step; a core cutting step; a core stacking step; a core forming step; a core heat treatment step; a core coil assembling step; a frame assembling step; a main body drying step; and an electrical box assembling step.</p> |
