<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to give a predicted course showing a position where there is a possibility that a vehicle moves, to a user. <P>SOLUTION: The range of the predicted course which is an interval between the predicted course of the vehicle derived based on the steering angle of a steering wheel and the predicted course of the vehicle which is derived based on the steering angle of the steering wheel and the degree of a fact causing error of the predicted course, is derived.
