PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the intermittent emission of a liquid mixed resin raw material by providing a process for removing air bubbles contained in a liquid mixed raw material and/or a liquid thermosetting resin raw material under reduced pressure in the transfer route of the liquid mixed raw material reaching an ejector and/or the mixing part of the thermosetting resin raw material. SOLUTION: Glass rovings are drawn out of a large number of glass roving rolls, and advanced toward a mold as a roving group 8 while arranged in parallel and a defoaming tank 64 is evacuated by a vacuum pump 64b to remove air bubbles contained in a filler-containing liquid raw material 74 and, thereafter, a first liquid raw material 71 is stirred and mixed in the stirring part 21 of an ejector 2 to obtain a liquid mixed raw material 7. If necessary, the first liquid thermosetting resin material 71 may be also deformed under vacuum. Further, the filler-containing resin raw material and the first liquid thermosetting resin raw material may be defoamed under vacuum after mixing. |
