PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reinforced molding compsn. improved in ductility and melt flow characteristics by compounding an alicyclic polyester resin, an amorphous resin, a high-mol.-wt. polyetherester polymer, and a glass fiber filler. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises [A] an alicyclic polyester resin which comprises a reaction product of a 2-12C aliph. diol or its chemical equivalent and a 6-12C aliph. diacid or its chemical equivalent and contains an alicyclic dicarboxylic acid or its chemical equivalent and/or an alicyclic diol or its chemical equivalent in an amt. of at least about 80 wt.%; [B] 0 to about 25 wt.% of an impact-modifying amorphous resin which increases the ductility of ingredient A but decreases the melt flow characteristics thereof; [C] 2 to about 50 wt.% of a high-mol.-wt. polyetherester polymer which increases the melt flow characteristics of the above polyester polymer improved in impact strength (ingredients A and B) without decreasing the ductility thereof; and [D] 5 to about 50 wt.% of a glass fiber filler. |
