PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive film having excellent workability with which a photosensitive film can be laminated to the surface of a substrate having a metal surface in good yield by a normal pressure laminating method with the decrease of the production number of air voids. SOLUTION: A photosensitive resin layer 2 containing a photosensitive resin compsn. is formed on a supporting film 1, and further a protective film 3 is laminated thereon. In this film, fish eyes of >=80μm diameter in the protective film 3 are <=5 /m<2> , and the film thickness of the photosensitive resin layer 2 containing the photosensitive resin compsn. is formed to 5 to 30μm film thickness.
