The apparatus (10) including a valve member (44) movably mounted to a chamber member (22) movable between open and closed positions, with one or more timing openings (52) provided in the valve member (44) such that as the valve member (44) is open,liquid flows through the timing openings (52) into the chamber member (22) to urge the valve member (44) to a closed position. |
