PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo room structure capable of appropriately using a cargo room of a box type loading bed, in which a rear part thereof is opened and closed, in a state of vertically dividing into two stages, and capable of facilitating the work for loading cargoes into the cargo room and taking out them from the cargo room. SOLUTION: An end of a first shelf plate 31 is rotatably supported by a left side panel 5, and the first shelf plate 31 can be inclined between a using position, in which the first shelf plate 31 faces a floor surface 9 nearly parallel to the floor surface 9 with a bed upward from a floor panel 7, and a storing position, in which the first shelf plate 31 faces close to the inner surface of a left side panel 5 surface body by rotating from the using position. An end of a support leg 32 is rotatably connected to the other end of the first shelf plate 31, and the support leg 32 can be inclined between a using position, in which the support leg 32 is extended in the vertical direction between the first shelf plate 31 and the floor panel 7 so as to support the first shelf plate 31 in a state that the first shelf plate 31 is set in the using position, and a storing position, in which the support leg 32 is rotated from the using position and facing close to the first shelf plate 31.
