PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-shielding film low in glossiness and excellent in stability of glossiness with time at a low price.SOLUTION: This light-shielding film has a light-shielding layer containing an organic resin and carbon black, where the organic resin includes a solvent-soluble polyimide resin and the specific surface area of the carbon black is 100 m/g or more. At least one surface of the light-shielding layer has a concavo-convex shape, which then is formed preferably by a transfer method. |
