PURPOSE: A parking system of a stacker and an in and out method are provided to obtain shared in and out of vehicles through a gate as moving horizontally on the same rail. CONSTITUTION: Many parking rooms(20) are formed along a parking road(22) for facing each other in a parking system of a stacker. A rail is established in the parking road to be horizontally reciprocated by a traveling driving device(28) installed in plural sackers(26A,26B). A lift(30) is elevated at the plural sackers by the driving force of a winch and by a balance weight, to go out a vehicle(32) from the parking room through a gate(34) or to park the vehicle in the parking room by being harmonized with the movement of the plural sackers moved horizontally. Herein, sensors(38,40A,40B,42A,42B) generate a signal by contacting with dugs(44A,44B) established at the lower part of the sackers, and the signal is inputted to a controller(46) to regulate the movement of the sackers by controlling the traveling driving device equipped at the sackers.
