<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure security in a relay communication system by permitting work to only limited operators according to a subject to be worked on, and also permit work to be done flexibly by those other than preregistered operators depending on the situation. <P>SOLUTION: A relay communication system 1 is composed of a center terminal 5, terminals on the connecting side and terminals on the connected side. The ID which permits login to the system by operator input includes an operator ID which is unique to each operator and a one-time ID. The center terminal 5 creates a connection job in which a terminal on the connected side (for example, a first subject-of-maintenance terminal 7A) and an operator ID or one-time ID indicating a candidate which can be permitted to connect to the terminal are correlated to each other. After the system is logged in from a terminal on the connecting side (for example, a first maintenance terminal 9A) with a one-time ID and work for a connection job corresponding to the one-time ID is finished, login with that ID is disabled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
