<p>The present invention describes a compact hybrid system for dehydration with parabolic collector channels and auto control, having three process stages as defined in the description. The system has characteristics that promote the low consumption of LP gas which contributes to avoid the emission of greenhouse gases (CO2), also reducing the post-harvesting production costs.</p> |
