<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a twin-roll thin-plate casting apparatus may include a pair of casting rolls which rotate and pass molten steel through a separated gap thereof to cast a thin plate; an edge dam installed to block both sides of the pair of the casting rolls; and a sealing means which is provided for the edge dam, seals the molten steel, and has a deformation preventing groove part accepting thermal deformation to prevent cracks caused by thermal deformation.</p> |
