PURPOSE: A mobile terminal with a function for changing a UI and a control method thereof are provided to change a user interface according to preference of a user, thereby improving user's convenience. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(151) displays the first touch keypad input window. A controller(180) arranges a touch key in a shape different from the first touch keypad input window corresponding to selection of another touch keypad input window. The controller displays the second touch keypad input window instead of the first touch keypad input window.
