PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monkey wrench that can easily and surely exhibit a positioning function for adjusting a width across flat dimension of a tool and a function for stopping the displacement of a width across flat dimension different in specification.SOLUTION: A positioning function when adjusting a width across flat dimension B of a tool and a function for stopping the displacement of the adjusted width across flat dimension can be exhibited by the fitting of a protrusion 72 of a leaf spring 7 to each engagement recess 8. In this case, a plurality of rows 9a to 9c comprising a plurality of the fitting recesses 8 are formed at a wrench body 3 in parallel with one another, and pitches of the engagement recesses 8 in the rows 9a to 9c are set conforming to different specifications, respectively. Accordingly, by selecting the rows 9a to 9c of the engagement recess for use according to the specification of a substance to be sandwiched such as a nut, the position function and the function for stopping the displacement can easily and surely be exhibited even to the width across flat dimension B different in specification. |
