<p>An organic light emitting diode has improved light emitting efficiency and life span. The organic light emitting diode includes an electron transfer layer formed by mixing Liq and organic substance of predetermined chemical formula at a predetermined ratio. In accordance therewith, a driving voltage of the organic light emitting diode is lowered. As a result, the light emitting efficiency and the life span of the organic light emitting diode can be improved.</p> |
