The present invention relates to an ear canal adaptive type earphone capable of adjusting a size. The ear canal adaptive type earphone capable of adjusting a size according to the present invention includes: an external housing which includes a speaker module for an audio output; a unit for speaker of a cylindrical shape which is extended and combined with an end of the external housing and has a predetermined length; a moving decoration unit which is formed in a structure of a cylindrical shape surrounding the circumference of the unit for speaker, includes a grip part of a ring shape in the outer circumference surface, and is formed to be rotatable on the spot along the circumference of the unit for speaker; and an ear tip which is combined with an end of one side of the moving decoration unit while surrounding the circumference of one direction of the unit for speaker and moves along the circumference of the longitudinal direction of the unit for speaker when the moving decoration unit rotates on the spot along the circumference of the unit for speaker. The ear canal adaptive type earphone capable of adjusting a size is able to: adjust a size according to the ear canal of a user who uses the earphone; prevent pain from being caused even if being used for long time; and prevent an operation failure and damage and reduce a manufacturing cost.
