The present invention relates to a position tracking type blowing system and a customized blowing method using the same. The blowing method comprises: a step of recognizing the position of an object; a step of calculating a separation distance from the object and the position coordinate through the position information of the object; and a step of blowing air in blowing conditions according to the separation distance from the object and the position coordinate. Therefore, the position tracking type blowing system can save electric energy required for blowing compared with the existing blowing types which deal with the entire blowing load according to a setting temperature in the entire blowing space, by discharging air to a narrow area requiring blowing by tracking a user. The position tracking type blowing system also can significantly improve blowing satisfaction compared with the existing blowing types according to an individual requiring blowing and the narrow space and can discharge air by regulating the degree of blowing toward a specific user or a direction where users are concentrated.
