Provided is a safety valve structure of an aluminum alloy battery case for an Li ion battery, which can be precisely and efficiently processed by a press molding. A safety valve (2) is formed by a press in a cup shape, in which a part (3a) of a wall (3) of the battery case protrudes outward. A top part of the safety valve (2) is formed in a flat thin layer (4), and a circumference (4a) of the thin layer top part (4) protrudes sideways to form a protruding side wall (6), which are integrated with the wall (3) of the battery case. |
