In the present invention, provided is a sperm-injecting heating device of artificial insemination, comprising an external cylindrical pipe which is linearly extended and has an empty space inside; an internal cylindrical pipe which is inserted in the external pipe, is linearly extended, and has an empty space inside and a smaller outer diameter than the inner diameter of the external pipe; a warming pad which is attached on the surface of the internal pipe and heats the internal pipe with external power; an insulation layer filled between the external pipe and the internal pipe; a power supplying line which is connected to the warm pad and receives power from the external power source; and a power source terminal which is installed on the end part of the power supplying line to receive powder in a vehicle. According to the present invention, the sperm-injecting heating device is safely used, even during the winter, for artificial insemination by increasing the temperature when traveling.
