The present invention relates to an output control circuit for a fluorescent lamp which turns on two fluorescent lamps when a person is detected and automatically turns off one fluorescent lamp when no person is detected at home or an office where a plurality of sets of two fluorescent lamps are installed. The output control circuit according to the present invention has an alternating current (AC) source voltage applied by an AC input unit (1) to a first fluorescent lamp (3) and a second fluorescent lamp (4) via an electronic ballast (2) for the fluorescent lamp and comprises: a human sensing and illuminance sensor (6) for detecting human; first and second sensor amplifying units (7) for amplifying an input signal of the human sensing and illuminance sensor (6); a sensor signal comparing unit (8) for discriminating a human sensing signal from an output of the first and second sensor amplifying units (7); a direct current (DC) source unit (5) for converting the AC voltage from the AC input unit (1) to a DC voltage; a relay-on maintaining unit (9) for maintaining a relay in an on-state by an output of the sensor signal comparing unit (8); and a relay driving unit (10) driven by the relay-on maintaining unit (9) to control the turning on and off of the second fluorescent lamp (4). |
