The present invention relates to an intersection smart control system using signs. The intersection smart control system notifies drivers of the road not visible in their traveling direction and enables emergency vehicles to enter the road before other vehicles. The intersection smart control system includes: a sign including a display unit which comprises LED lights implemented in various colors; a vehicle detection means which is made of at least one of a camera and a loop; and a control unit which controls the display unit of the sign to be lit up according to the vehicle information detected by the vehicle detection means.
