<p>Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for measuring remaining scale capable of optically and quantitatively measuring the remaining scale by reducing the effects of colors and reflectance of a measured article. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an apparatus for measuring the remaining scale including: a light source unit which emits light on the measured article; a first light measuring unit which measures the regularly reflected light of the light emitted from the light source unit; and a second light measuring unit which measures the vertically reflected light of the light emitted from the light source unit.</p> |
