The invention relates to an operating conditioning and instrumental learning box for rabbits. It enables the simultaneous recording of the brain activity and study of the behaviour and learning of the rabbit. At least one of the walls of the box (1) is transparent in order to allow the observation of the animal and the box contains a lever (2) on one of the walls and a feeding tub (4) on the opposite wall, said feeding tub being connected to a food dispenser (3) arranged outside the box (1).
