<p>The present invention relates to an aptamer which specifically binds to surface protein E2 of hepatitis C virus (HCV) and to a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to an aptamer which specifically binds to surface protein E2 of hepatitis C virus (HCV) and to uses for detecting hepatitis C virus using the aptamer, quantifying hepatitis C virus, or diagnosing hepatitis C. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for monitoring and screening a medicine for hepatitis C using the aptamer.</p> |
