FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a novel group of compounds which are methyl 1,7-diaryl-9-aroyl-4-benzoyl-3-hydroxy-2,6-dioxo-1,7-diazaspiro[4.4]none-3,8-diene-8-carboxylates of formulawhere Ar=CHMe-4, Ar=Ph, Ar=CHMe-4 (IIIa), Ar=CHMe-4, Ar=CHCl-4, Ar=CHMe-4 (IIIb), Ar=CHMe-4, Ar=CH, Ar=CHCl-4 (IIIc), Ar=CHOEt-4, Ar=Ph, Ar=CHOEt-4 (IIId).
