FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. In compliance with first version, proposed mechanism comprises the case plastic frame to receive belt reel. U-shape case frame open end side is provided with reinforcing plastic plate. Case frame open end side and/or inner width between both sidewalls are notably smaller than belt reel. In compliance with second version, proposed mechanism comprises locking latch arranged in frame case to be engaged with locking tooth at belt reel.
