<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PDA, a mail server and a data communication system capable of referring to attached data without erasing data even in the case of electronic mail attached with the data of a form, which can not be displayed on the PDA. SOLUTION: When the electronic mail attached with the data of the form, which can not be displayed on a portable telephone 2, is delivered to a mail server 3, a data processing part 22 separates the electronic mail to a displayable part and an non-displayable part, transmits a displayable part 37 to the portable telephone 2 and saves a non-displayable part 38 in a data storage part 25. When the electronic mail containing the processing inquiry of the displayable part and the non-displayable part is received, the portable telephone 2 transmits a request for transferring the non-displayable part 38 to another mail address or request for deleting the data saved in the data storage part 25 to the mail sever 3. Based on the request from the portable telephone 2, the mail server processes the non-displayable data 38.</p> |
